To the Town of Whitchurch Stouffville

Members, a bit of homework now please.

The following two documents are pretty lengthy and detailed. We have tried to include all the comments, concerns and technical issues that have been discussed about this project. Both documents have been delivered to the town and we have had confirmation from several sources that they will be reviewed. They also committed that we will get answers to them all and they are part of the response package the Town Development Services Department will deliver to the developer.

• Now, I ask please review these two documents for two reasons.
• Please make sure that your particular concern is covered.
• Please make your self familiar with the documents so you can discuss them if asked

• It's all part of presenting a united voice by residents who know what they want.
